Chapter 847 - The Frozen Hu San

Chapter 847: The Frozen Hu San

Chu Fan was indeed a genius.

The blood coagulant was something similar to the ice bullets that Qin Feng had used against the enemies in the Cinderclast Dimension. These things could freeze up blood and in turn make the Gorefiends frozen solid. This would then completely disarm these creatures and remove their abilities to infect humans.

“Not bad!” Qin Feng nodded and received the gun from Chu Fan.

Finished with his report, Chu Fan decided to carry on with his research on the Spatial Collapse. Before leaving, Chu Fan asked, “CEO, are you sure you want to release this new awakening serum? Z seems to think there is a flaw in our research.”

Qin Feng frowned.

This serum could 100% awaken a human’s abilities without side effects. And yet, Z thought that there was a flaw?

Then, Qin Feng recalled how Z released the black dragon.

“To be frank, I think so too. If humans were to rely only on their physical strength... it would make the species too weak.”

And Qin Feng meant well too.

He had trained his body to be as powerful as a beast emperor. He was already a very powerful entity. And yet, he still thought that he was not strong enough.

His body was still human. Any blade could still cut through him—much like how no ultra beast could withstand the Verdant Emperor Saber.

Humans were still too weak. Weapons could hurt them; and only energies and runes were their strongest assets.

Upon hearing Qin Feng’s words, Chu Fan was stunned.

A moment later, he pulled himself together and walked out the door.

Before he closed the door, Chu Fan said, “What a surprise. You and Z actually agree with one another!”

Qin Feng was not surprised by this realization though.

After all, awakening the entire human race was his dream too. And Qin Feng hoped that he could realize this in his lifetime.

Beep! Beep! Beep!

Qin Feng’s communicator sounded loudly.

Qin Feng raised his communicator and was shocked to see the name appearing on the screen. Next to the name was a big, glaring “S-tier”!

Qin Feng immediately accepted the call.

Then, an ordinary looking old man appeared. Taking the smoking pipe out of his mouth, the old man breathed out a thread of foggy smoke.

They had not seen each other for half a year. The old man seemed to have aged a lot during this time too.

“Mr Hu San!” Qin Feng greeted the old man respectfully.

Hu San saved his life by defeating Z for him back then. He even helped negotiate with Z to give Qin Feng three years to live. Qin Feng owed Hu San his life.

“Qin Feng, do you have this thing?”

Hu San raised his hand and revealed a crimson red crystal core about the size of a B-tier core.

Qin Feng had never met Hu San before he was reborn. As such, he did not know just how many S-tiers had arrived at the Blood River Realm. Right now, it seemed that Hu San was the only one who had arrived.

“Of course I do! How many do you want?” Qin Feng did not beat around the bush. He had not much use for these blood concentrated crystals. There was very little these crystals could benefit him; however, they were quite invaluable to the elderlies.

Other than the S-tier blood concentrated crystal, Qin Feng did not think he could acquire anything better for himself. He actually thought about selling the crystals when he got back home.

“You have a lot of these on you?”

Hu San looked at Qin Feng in surprise

Many had ventured into this realm. However, not many were killing the Gorefiends. On the contrary, many were killed by these bloody monsters.

Other than that, this world had some rather fearsome ultra beasts too—like the C-tier Ichortoids, Vampire Bats and Blood Vultures.

“Yeah! I have five A-tier ones with me here. Other than that, I have around fifty B-tier ones too!”

Hu San stared at Qin Feng in silence, as though trying to see through his mind and dig out his secrets.

Then...

“Good! Good!”

Before this, Hu San was trying to protect a new prodigy, hoping that this new prodigy would one day rise to be an S-tier. Of course, it was not easy for the Huaxia Alliance to foster a new S-tier.

If he was not actively moving around the world, Hu San mostly spent his days in hibernation. Well, his body was forced into hibernation while still having his mind wide awake. He was too old and frail now. And there were some prevailing wounds that he had on him from years of fighting.

After his body went into hibernation, Hu San sent his consciousness into the consciousness world to pick up on the latest news. So, naturally, he had learned a lot about Qin Feng’s feats. Still, this was the first time he had witnessed the young man’s achievement with his own eyes.

“I’m not familiar with this realm, boy. Come find me! I’m near that ruin—near that fortress. Well, I suppose that fortress was made by you too.”

“Yes, Sir! I’ll head there right away!”

Qin Feng immediately summoned Bai Li after hanging up his communicator. In an instant, they teleported to the fortress.

There were a lot of humans in the fortress. In fact, there was not just one fortress in the area anymore. The humans who came from Qin Feng’s world too had built their own fortresses near his fortress.

The humans from the North African Republic Alliance, on the other hand, built their fortresses in a straight line—like how they did alongside the Styx.

He could see that many people were now camping around the fortresses. Some people were even using money to exchange for food. It felt as though they were not doing an expedition in a perilous realm anymore—instead, they were here for picnic.

Qin Feng saw that Gong Ge and Cleaves were warmly talking to one another—perhaps these two were on friendly terms because they were both light ability users.

After a quick scan of the area, Qin Feng noticed a patch of snowy land nearby. There was a small house in the middle of the snow. No one dared to get close to the snow. They could sense that cold, freezing aura that was radiating around the house and wanted to steer far away from it.

Qin Feng and Bai Li quickly zoomed over and approached the snowy house.

Other humans instinctively swiped their heads toward their direction!

An S-tier tended to attract attention wherever they went. If one were able to get on their good side, they could acquire great power and wealth. However, if one were to offend an S-tier, it could invite wrath upon them.

An S-tier was like the sun to these people.

And no one dared to touch the sun.

These people did not get to meet the S-tier in person. However, the freezing snow around the house that would freeze anything that got near was enough to discourage them from getting close.

However, these people were shocked to find out that Qin Feng and Bai Li were unfazed by the freezing snow at all. Instead, they walked straight into the snowy house unharmed.

“Mr Hu San!”

The moment they walked through the door, Qin Feng could see Hu San sitting on a chair. The old man was seemingly resting his eyes while ice enveloped his entire body. In fact, his entire presence was seemingly frozen up by the ice too!

Then, Qin Feng could feel that there was another powerful presence, almost as powerful as Hu San’s, nearby.
